Creekside Cares is for anyone lacking resources or support, seeking prayer, counsel or spiritual care, or experiencing emotional, physical or financial distress. Here are four ways we provide care.
Mondays | 6:30 – 8:30p | Creekside Church | September – April
Find help and healing for the hurt of separation and divorce. DivorceCare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. Don’t go through separation or divorce alone.
Mondays | 6:30 – 8:30p | Holy Cross Lutheran Church
GriefShare griefshare.org is a video seminar and support group for anyone grieving the death of a loved one. With GriefShare you will learn how to walk the journey of grief and be supported on the way. It is a place where hurting people find healing and hope.
PASTORAL CARE AND CARE PARTNERS
We are here to meet with you in the challenging seasons of life such as times in the hospital and times of crisis as well as longer term needs.
FUNERALS AND GRIEF FOLLOW-UP
When you experience the death of a loved one, you don’t have to go it alone. Creekside Cares is here to help guide you through that journey and give you the support you need for funeral information as well as journeying through grief over time.
COUNSELING AND SUPPORT
We are here to recommend counselors in our community, to assess how we might be able to help you in a difficult financial season of life or to provide homemade meals in a time of need.
