JOB POSTING:  Custodian, Part-Time

Position Summary:
The Custodian is a hands-on, hourly position directly involved in the cleaning of specific areas and set-up of Creekside Waterloo Campus. This is a 15 hours a week position that includes shifts in the evenings and weekends.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
· Qualified to be a member of Creekside Church
· Strong team player
· Self-motivated
· Able to define and meet objectives and goals
· Knowledgeable and experienced in building and grounds maintenance
· Knowledgeable and experienced in building cleaning
· Able to lift between 30-50lbs
· Able to work at various heights
· Able to operate cleaning machinery or small outdoor machines
· Mechanically and repair inclined
· Teachable

Duties:
· Carries out specific custodial duties weekly at the Waterloo Campus.
· Works various evenings and weekends to give custodial support to events.
· Assists with maintenance of building systems under the guidance of the Head Custodian, with appropriate preventative maintenance schedule and repairs as required.
· Act as “On Duty Custodian” for Weekend Services as required.
· Ensures rooms are set up for ministry events according to plans entered into the bookings calendar.
· Will become familiar with all power equipment and sky jack operation for required duties.
· Other duties as outlined in the full Job description and by the Head Custodian.

JOB POSTING:  Kitchener Campus Kids Director, Part-Time

Creekside Kitchener Campus is seeking a self-motivated, collaborative, energetic and organized Kids Director to serve the amazing families and future families of Creekside Kitchener Campus!  This is a 24 hours a week position.

A bit about you:
· Qualified to be a member of Creekside Church.
· Bring great energy, enthusiasm, and passion for Creekside’s vision and culture to Kids programming and its volunteer team.
· Thrive in a collaborative environment working effectively in team.
· Ability to maintain alignment with larger Creekside goals and vision.
· Able to relate well with children and energetically teach/lead in any room.
· Able to recruit, train, lead, and develop volunteer teams, volunteer leaders of teams, and division leaders of teams for all kids programming.

You will:
· Oversee everything required to execute full kids programming (Birth – Gr.6) for all Sunday morning services weekly at the Kitchener Campus.
· Consistently recruit, build teams, develop leaders of volunteers.
· Give leadership to weekly playground program and it’s volunteer team.
· Lead in preparation and execution of two family outreach parties at Kitchener campus each year (ie. Gingerbread party & Brick party).
· Lead two Family dedication events at the Kitchener Campus each year.
· Assist with EPIC in July.
