Creekside church is 35 years old and we think we’re just getting started!

IMAGINE
IMAGINE a church with a dynamic discipleship program leading people to be passionate about growing in their faith, deepen their relationship with Jesus, and become more like Him every day.
IMAGINE disciples who, in turn, become agents of transformation in their families, workplaces, and neighborhoods, multiplying the impact of God’s kingdom wherever they go.
IMAGINE a church with outreach programs that extend a hand of compassion to meet the practical needs of the community. A church known for how they tangibly express God’s love with action whether it’s feeding the hungry, providing shelter for the homeless, or offering counseling services.
IMAGINE all the room to dream as we add more campuses and continue to develop the facilities for Kitchener and Chatham.
IMAGINE each campus being fully resourced to make a significant kingdom impact in their specific local neighbourhood.
IMAGINE all that we could do as we continue to expand and develop our Waterloo campus.
IMAGINE stepping inside on a weekday and being greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee from our daily café.
IMAGINE our café becoming a hub for fellowship and conversation, welcoming both church members and neighbors alike.
IMAGINE the stories that will emerge as relationships are started and nurtured, bonds are formed, and Creekside becomes a true center for community life.
IMAGINE having a dedicated youth space serving as a hub for Lifegroups and worship, fostering an environment where youth can encounter God’s love and are empowered to live out their faith boldly.
IMAGINE a dedicated auditorium resonating with the praises of a diverse congregation gathered every Sunday and extending beyond the weekend gatherings. A space bustling with activity throughout the week, hosting a myriad of community events that foster connection and belonging.
IMAGINE another access on to the property from Bisch St. making coming and going far easier during busy events.

OVERVIEW
Preparing for more and more
people to become part of
our Creekside family.
1. SUNDAY MORNING ATTENDANCE
We envision an attendance growth rate of 10% annually which would be the addition
of more than 1,200 people by 2029.
2. VOLUNTEERS
We want to see 40% of these attenders serving on teams as volunteers.
3. LIFEGROUPS
We want to see at least 50% of these attenders experiencing deep community
in LifeGroups or through the other forms of groups offered at Creekside.
4. ORGANIZATION
We plan to improve our organizational systems so that we might be able to recruit, train and release more volunteers to accommodate this growth.
5. CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT
We will look to explore the possibilities of finding our own permanent home for the current Kitchener campus, continue to cultivate vibrant community at our third campus in Chatham by adding a fulltime Campus Pastor in the next few years and we will look to continue expanding by adding our fourth campus in Southwest Kitchener.

Seeing people
transformed to become
more like Jesus.
1. DISCIPLESHIP PRACTICES
We will develop comprehensive discipleship practices for all age groups to foster a culture of continuous transformation.
2. CHILDREN & YOUTH
In the kids and youth ministries, we aim to implement a holistic strategy for discipleship development from birth through grade 12.
3. ADULTS
For adults we will create our own online suite of discipleship practices that can be used by individuals, groups and families. We look to have six modules created over the next three years for people to practice.
4. VOLUNTEERS
Because Creekside is built on volunteers, we will reinforce our commitment to leadership development through apprenticeship programs across all ministries and we will evaluate and refine our volunteer experience to ensure that being on a team at Creekside is a meaningful discipleship experience.

Making a difference in our wider
community by bringing the love of Jesus
outside the walls of our church.
1. AMPLIFY OUR IMPACT & EXTEND OUR REACH
We will forge new partnerships with outside organizations to amplify our impact and extend our reach. Specifically, we will look to add 1 Local Outreach Partner and 1 Global Outreach Partner.
2. EMPOWERING YOUTH
We will empower students and young adults to actively contribute to community initiatives.
3. THE BIG SERVE
We’ll continue to enhance our Big Serve program to deliver even greater impact and clarity of purpose.
4. SHORT-TERM MISSIONS
We’ll look to further harness the potential of short-term missions to fuel both personal growth and community transformation.
