E-Transfer Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Log into your bank account and select the account from which you wish to donate.
- Select e-transfer/send money (or similar, depending on your bank’s wording).
- Follow the instructions provided by your bank, in order to:
- Add the recipient/payee/contact (depending on your bank’s wording).
- You can set us up with the name “Creekside Church”.
- If given the option to notify by email or text, select email.
- Use giving@creeksidechurch.ca as the email address to send to.
- Indicate amount to transfer.
- *Important: Use the message/memo section to let us know where you are designating your donation. The options are as follows:
- “General Fund – CWC” – for Waterloo Campus
- “General Fund – CKC” – for Kitchener Campus
- “General Fund – CCC” – for Chatham Campus
- “Celebrate Recovery Canada” or “CR Canada”
- Add the recipient/payee/contact (depending on your bank’s wording).
*Note: Designated funds are only accepted for Board approved programs and campaigns. Donations designated to non-approved programs will be considered part of Creekside General Ministries.
WANT A CHARITABLE RECEIPT?
Please include your full name, address, and phone number in the message/memo along with your offering designation. Your contact information need only be sent with the initial donation, or when there is a change of address.6
